DALTI CMS ( cardiology management system )

  • administration of the patient data
    • introduced manually or imported from the HIS or practice info system
    • automatic searching for patients with identical or similar name, following rules easy to configure
=> NO wrong data or duplicates
  • sophisticated but clear scheduling
    • planning for all patients, staffs, exam types, and related techniques
    • automatic searching for possible exam dates
    • visualization of tasks arranged in timelines according to devices of the selected day
    • configurable parameters like working times (staff, department), available days / timeslots for each type of technique
  • worklist, active at each step, including before the capture of any data or image.
This module collaborates with the internal or external scheduling module, and acts as worklist server, or as worklist client of another worklist server already existing.
  • record of voice and/or text of the report and access to those files
  • typist module transcripting the dictated reports and supporting an even remote dactylography
    • control and navigation by pedal
    • overview of all typist tasks
    • optional resending to reporting physician for validation. The report becomes intangible only at its validation
    • option of keeping the patient name hidden and of identifying the exam by its ID
  • optional automatic voice-to-text, with secondary validation
  • several helps to the redaction of the reports
    • diagnosis catalogues IDC-10 / IDC-9
    • standard glossary of the related cardiologic technique
    • incremental and self-defined library of "personal diagnoses"
    • possible integration with the “Phrase Express” application
  • selected pictures or specific schemes to be annexed to the reports or inserted in their body
  • capture of analog images or sequences (S-Video), of digital non-DICOM images or sequences (JPG, MPG2, MPG4), and of digital DICOM images or sequences. Storage in any format. Optional conversion; at the capture or at the output, of the non-DICOM images or sequences, into still DICOM images or into DICOM multiframe. Displaying of the images and of the sequences, either in their native format, or after their conversion into DICOM. This DICOMizing embeds the patient data and the study data stemming from the DALTI worklist or from an existing external worklist.
  • capture, storage, viewing and possible confrontation of:
    • still images and dynamic sequences of radiology (including cineloops of coronary angiography) or of cardiac echography
    • various electronic records (ECG, Holter, pressure monitoring, spirometry, etc) on condition that those signals can be exported by - or fetched from - the related device. DALTI embeds those records in an envelope completed by the worklist data and usable then in a DICOM architecture
    • measurements received from the cardio-echographe in DICOM SR, embedding and editability of those measurements in the form preparing a customized report of cardiac echography. Optional ability to fetch from some echographes the measurements stored in chm in those echographes
  • synoptic viewing of the pictures or sequences in any format, of the measurements and electronic signals, of the report text or customized report to be created, and of the data relating to patient and study
  • multimonitor, with possible triptych structure (2 monitors for the viewing, 1 monitor for data and report text)
  • CD/ DVD export, with indexing
  • integration with robots of CD/DVD imager
  • paper composer for all types of studies; film composer for radiographic or echographic studies
  • reconciliation (dynamic matching) of the studies issued by modalities being not clients of the worklist server
  • merge or splitting of exams
  • possible failover, easy to configure
  • optional websolution usable in the hospital or from home, with some special features, like a cache, and a prefetching starting by the urgent studies and useful in case of narrow bandwidth;
webaccess to the pictures and to the voice or text of the report
  • full integration with other systems:
    • with other PACS or datacenter: DICOM-send (C-Store), query-retrieve (C-Find and C-Move)
    • with HIS or EPR: in HL7
    • with practice info system in HL7 or in BDT/GDT
